Details

This is a Cooking kadhai product is made from a mixture of black Serpentinite stone and weathered rock. The product is Handcrafted with natural ingredients and each piece has its own unique texture. Legend claims that food tastes better when cooked in these potteries. Locally in Manipur they are revered for medicinal values. Some interesting facts about Longpi pottery are Longpi pots and pans can be used for direct Cooking over gas stoves. Pots are good for slow Cooking for hours over a low flame and homogenizing. Contents of the pot ensuring that the food continues to remain hot. This is because of the stone content in the material used.
