Respect Origins works to promote heritage arts and crafts. This is our opportunity to reach a customer base that is interested in our products. They have set-up this online store for us and we do not need to promote our products by writing about them or selling them ourselves. They do all the marketing, courier and payment gateways also.

Respect Origins works hard to honour its commitment to make your shopping enjoyable at all times. We encourage that you make your requests for returns as swiftly as possible, via a Email to hello@respectorigins.com, but no later than from 24 hours of delivery to you. Refund are honoured if the product does not match the photo. Respect Origins, will in 24 hours raise the dispute and initiate resolution between us. You would be required to submit photos of the product you wish to return. The return shipping to us for the product is direct and borne by you.
