Namastey! Let's get to know each other a bit here. This is a small brief below.
I come from chattisgarh and draw inspiration from bastar tribals in crafting my produces as a reflection of them and the respect those people have for the environment. The raw material used for this craft is predominantly recycled scrap iron. I also make products which derives its inspiration from tumba, which is a lesser known art of bastar and was widely used by tribals to store water and salafi. The craft is now slowly evolving into an art form, and gaining worldwide recognition. The craftsmen are responding to the present culture and that is reflected in the new forms created. The truth is artisans are still far from getting the desired value for the craft in the absence of the correct channel of connectivity to reach the interested customer base. We were in dire need of exposure to global markets, when Respect Origins approached us.
Respect Origins works to promote heritage arts and crafts. This is our opportunity to reach a customer base that is interested in our products. They have set-up this online store for us and we do not need to promote our products by writing about them or selling them ourselves. They do all the marketing, courier and payment gateways also.
We are happy to take large orders for extra-large sizes or make products especially for you in the theme designs you prefer. Please use the Commission It or the Bulk Order form or simply contact us here.
