Namastey! Let's get to know each other a bit here. This is a small brief below.
I am from the state of West Bengal which is famous for Kalighat Temple and this style of painting originated in the 19th century and I depict Hindu gods and other mytological characters in my paintings and with the changing time I am trying to depict other themes also. My paintings and drawings, are simple and are reproduced by lithography. I try to capture the the essence of daily life. These paintings can add a divine touch to your walls. Most of my customers are contemporary art lovers. This art is not only my passion but also my livelihood. I sell them in mela's across India. It takes huge effort and money to travel to different places alongwith all the paintings inventory. Year on year sales and the no. of people visiting mela's is decreasing. I was in dire need of selling my paintings online. In one of the mela's I met team of Respect Origins, they have helped my setup online shop.
Respect Origins works to promote arts and crafts from Indian Heritage. They set-up this online store for artisans, who don't not need to promote their products by writing about them or selling them themselves. Respect Origins do all the marketing, courier and payment gateways also.
These paintings can be ordered in large and extra-large quantities or can be customized as per the designs you prefer. Please use the Commission It or the Bulk Order form or simply contact us.
