Namastey! Let's get to know each other a bit here. This is a small brief below.

I am from West Bengal. I am a self trained craftsman in making eco friendly and durable products from jute. My family helps me in my workshop when there is a big order to fulfill. I usually stock up minimum quantity as per the pattern of demand. I have supplied to many states, I get all types of customers , after all who doesn't like natural products. Products woven with jute have soft neutral tones to compliment any tabletop The lightweight material has an almost rope like quality and sits beautifully against crisp white tableware and accessories. Over a period products made from plastics have affected our business, but still there are people who look for quality rather than price. To remain in the business I wanted to change the way I promote and find new customer base, for that I needed and E-commerce platform. One day I got a call from Respect Origins team, who ordered sample products from me and within few days helped my setup my online shop. They trained me for using the platform and they did photo shoot of my product and all the content writing about the product , marketing, shipping, payment gateway is taken care by them. I can now peacefully work without having to worry about sales.
